The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
All orders are subject to these Purchase Terms outlined above. Once your order has shipped it is no longer able to be cancelled. You may refuse the package and return to sender unopened, and you will be refunded the purchase price. Any postage you paid on return to sender packages is no longer refundable as the postage has been used. Shiny Happy Spirit House is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. T Shirts must be returned within 24 hours of delivery not be worn or damaged in any way to receive a refund. Returns will only be accepted within 3 days of receiving order. Return will occur when Shiny Happy Spirit House receives the item back from the buyer in good condition. Shipping charges on returns are to be paid by the buyer.

 

Payment

All items must be paid for in full at time of purchase. I am unable to take deposits, partial payments, or do layaway. Payments for products may be made by credit card, or some other pre-arranged payment method. Orders are not binding on Shiny Happy Spirit House until accepted by Shiny Happy Spirit House. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined.

 

Shipping

It is very important to me that your purchase reaches you in Excellent Condition! I carefully wrap each item and pack all with Care. Most orders ship within three (3) business days (not on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays) unless otherwise noted. If you need your items shipped quickly, please purchase the same day shipping option. All items are shipped via USPS and may be tracked with a location once shipped.

Please be aware around the holidays the mail can be much slower and I have no control over the mail service or how quickly your package arrives.

Once I generate a shipping confirmation number, that means your package will be accepted at the Post Office that same day. I hand deliver all packages directly to the Post Office. Chances are that the USPS will NOT show acceptance or tracking of First Class packages on their website. They are only required to show the date and time the package is delivered to the recipient.

LOST or DELAYED ORDERS - Shiny Happy Spirit House has NO control over the actual arrival time of your packages once they are delivered to the post office. In order for Shiny Happy Spirit House to consider a package lost, it has to have not shown any tracking activity by the postal service for at least one month. Once a package shows delivered by the USPS, I am unable to help and it is best for you to contact your local post office and ask for GPS coordinates and file a claim- or report it to the police if you believe the package was stolen. If you do not notify me immediately that your package was not received there is little I can do to help. FREE SHIPPING- On orders that have free shipping weighing less than 1 pound will ship regular first class mail - not priority.

*US ORDERS- The best way to estimate when your package will arrive is by class of service. First Class Mail (up to 16 oz) is usually 2-8 business days and Priority Mail is usually 1-3 business days from the time I ship. Delays may occur because of weather conditions, local carrier service, individual sorting station / government slow downs, or disruptions due to heavy holiday mail volume.
