Returns
Shiny Happy accepts returns. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery of your order. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery. You will be provided a return shipping label upon request. The following items cannot be returned: sale items, T-shirts, items damaged by the customer.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All orders are subject to these Purchase Terms outlined above. Once your order has shipped it is no longer able to be cancelled. You may refuse the package and return to sender unopened, and you will be refunded the purchase price. Any postage you paid on return to sender packages is no longer refundable as the postage has been used. Shiny Happy Spirit House is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. Returns will only be accepted within 3 days of delivery of order. Refund will occur when Shiny Happy Spirit House receives the item back from the buyer in good condition. Shipping charges on return items are to be paid by the buyer.
Cancellations
You must contact Shiny Happy Spirit House within 12 hours of your purchase to cancel an order. Please contact us immediately if you have any problems with your order.
Purchases
All items must be paid for in full at time of purchase, unless choosing the payment plan option at checkout. This plan is offered through PayPal and if you require assistance, you will need to contact them directly at paypal.com. I am unable to take deposits, partial payments, or do layaway. Orders are not binding on Shiny Happy Spirit House until accepted by Shiny Happy Spirit House. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined.
Shipping Policies
It is very important to me that your purchase reaches you in Excellent Condition! I carefully wrap each item and pack all with Care. Most orders ship within three (3)to five (5) business days (not on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays) unless otherwise noted. All items are shipped via USPS and may be tracked with a location once shipped. International orders cannot always be tracked once they leave the U.S.
Shipping prices are set by the United States Post Office. The shipping fees you pay go to the USPS to assure your package reaches you. If you need an order shipped quickly and are paying additional fees for priority, please also leave a note a checkout that you need fast shipping. Any order weighing over 1 pound is automatically upgraded to priority mail by the Post Office.
Please be aware around the holidays the mail can be much slower and I have no control over the mail service or how quickly your package arrives.
Once I generate a shipping confirmation number, that means your package will be accepted at the Post Office that same day. I hand deliver all packages directly to the Post Office. Chances are that the USPS will NOT show acceptance or tracking of First Class packages on their website. They are only required to show the date and time the package is delivered to the recipient.
LOST or DELAYED ORDERS- Shiny Happy Spirit House has No control over the actual arrival time of your packages once they are delivered to the post office. In order for Shiny Happy Spirit House to consider a package lost, it has to have not shown any tracking activity by the postal service for at least one month. Once a package shows delivered by the USPS, I am unable to help and it is best for you to contact your local post office and ask for GPS coordinates and file a claim- or report it to the police if you believe the package was stolen. If you do not notify me immediately that your package was not received there is little I can do to help. FREE SHIPPING- On orders that qualify for free shipping that weigh less than 1 pound will ship regular first class mail – not priority.
